An immunization record is required for every student upon enrollment unless you complete the IMMUNIZATION EXEMPTION FORM. See the site secretary for more information.

Please email your completed Free/Reduced Application to nedwards@harrahschools.com or deliver it to the Administration Building located at 20665 Walker Street.
